Philoptochos Membership Form
Philoptochos is the largest national Christian women’s organization in the United States. As the philanthropic arm of the Church, it is our mission to “aid the poor, the hungry, the ages, the sick, the orphaned, the victims of disasters, and offer assistance to anyone who needs help, according to the doctrines of the Greek Orthodox Church of America”.
We support the Feed the Hungry program at locations in Chicago and surrounding suburbs, and organizations such as Park Lawn, Zelda’s Kitchen Witches, the Greek American Rehab/Care Center, IOCC, the South Side Philoxenia luncheons, and emergency assistance as requested by our clergy.
The only way we can continue our mission is through your support. Consider joining our wonderful organization.
All we ask is a minimum donation of $35 annually. With a donation, you will receive a monthly newsletter informing you of when our meetings are as well as our activities and events.
